1. About airealestate.tech
airealestate.tech ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") is an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for real estate professionals. The Platform is operated by Golden Goose Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 19 655 429 646), based in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
By using the Platform you represent that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are a real estate professional, agent, or related industry professional
- Are accessing the Platform from Australia, or agree these terms apply regardless of your location
- Have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of any organisation you represent
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@airealestate.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and Trial
3.1 $1 Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day trial for $1 AUD with 50 AI credits. At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically upgrades to the Pro plan ($49/month) unless you cancel before day 8. We will email you a reminder before any charge occurs.
3.2 Subscription Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) on a monthly basis. All prices are inclusive of GST. Current plans:
- Pro - $49/month, 200 AI credits
- Premium - $99/month, 500 AI credits
- Team - $40/member/month (minimum 3 members), 200 credits per member
- Agency - $35/member/month (minimum 5 members), 200 credits per member
- Enterprise - $30/member/month (minimum 50 members), 200 credits per member
All plans include access to all tools. There is no feature-locking by tier.
3.3 Transparent Pricing - No Hidden Fees
All prices displayed on airealestate.tech are the total price you will be charged. There are no hidden fees, surcharges or additional costs. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. This complies with the prohibition on drip pricing under Australian Consumer Law.
3.4 Credit Top-Ups
Additional credits can be purchased as one-time top-up packs: $5 for 20 credits, $10 for 40 credits, or $20 for 80 credits. Top-up credits do not expire while your subscription is active but are forfeited if your subscription is cancelled. Top-up purchases are non-refundable.
3.5 Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for the applicable subscription fee on each billing date. We do not store your card details - these are held securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
3.6 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee on each renewal date. You may disable auto-renewal at any time by cancelling your subscription.
3.7 Monthly Credit Reset
Monthly AI credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next period.
3.8 Cancellation
Cancellation is as easy as signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
- From the Billing section in your account Settings (one click)
- Via the Stripe Customer Portal
- By emailing hello@airealestate.tech
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the Platform until that date. There are zero cancellation fees or penalties of any kind. We do not use dark patterns to make cancellation difficult.
This complies with the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Unfair Trading Practices) Act 2026.
3.9 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
4. AI-Generated Content - Important Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All AI-generated content must be reviewed, verified and edited by you before use or publication
- We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, legally compliant or fit for any particular purpose
- Information generated by our Legislation & Compliance tools is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified Australian legal practitioner for advice specific to your circumstances
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish, share or distribute using outputs from this Platform
- We are not liable for any loss, damage or legal consequence arising from your reliance on AI-generated content
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Platform to create, distribute or publish false, misleading or deceptive content
- Violate the Australian Consumer Law, the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW), the Spam Act 2003, or any other applicable law or regulation
- Use the Platform to harass, harm, or discriminate against any person
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense or commercialise access to the Platform without our written consent
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape or extract data from the Platform
- Upload malicious code, viruses or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for breach of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Platform
All software, design, content, trademarks and intellectual property in the Platform are owned by or licensed to Golden Goose Projects Pty Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited licence to use the Platform as a subscriber.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Platform (including property details, client notes, and listings). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform to you.
AI-Generated Output
Content generated by our AI tools using your inputs is provided to you for your own use. We do not claim ownership of output generated from your data. However, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users given similar inputs.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, MindStudio, Make.com, ElevenLabs, and others. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
9. Availability and Modifications
We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may:
- Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance (we will endeavour to notify you in advance)
- Modify, update or discontinue features of the Platform with reasonable notice
- Suspend or terminate the Platform with 30 days' notice to all active subscribers
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law):
- The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Goose Projects Pty Ltd and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) directly caused by:
- Your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law
- Content you publish or distribute using outputs from the Platform
Your indemnification obligation is proportionate to your degree of fault. You are not required to indemnify us for losses arising from our own negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of these Terms. This clause does not override any protections available to you under the unfair contract terms regime in the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Before commencing any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes by good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
13. Children
The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
14. Data Portability
You may export your data from the Platform at any time via the Settings page. If you close your account, you may request a copy of your data before deletion by emailing hello@airealestate.tech.
15. Accessibility
We are committed to making the Platform accessible to all users. If you experience accessibility barriers, please contact us at hello@airealestate.tech and we will work to address your concerns.
16. Automated Decision-Making and AI Transparency
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content and provide recommendations. You should be aware of the following:
How AI is used
- AI generates property descriptions, social media posts, newsletters, appraisal briefings, compliance summaries, and training scripts based on your inputs
- AI provides follow-up recommendations in the CRM based on contact data you enter
- AI is used for roleplay coaching and feedback scoring
What is NOT automated
- No automated decisions are made about your account status, subscription, or access
- No automated decisions are made about your clients or their properties
- Credit deductions and billing are rule-based, not AI-driven
Your rights
- You have the right to review, edit, and reject any AI-generated content before use
- You may request human review of any AI-generated output by contacting us
- You may opt out of AI features and use the Platform's non-AI tools only
This section is provided in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) amendments regarding automated decision-making.
17. Competitor and Market Conduct Protections
You agree to use the Platform in good faith and for legitimate business purposes. You must not:
- Use the Platform primarily to gather competitive intelligence about our technology, pricing, or business model
- File bad-faith complaints, chargebacks, or regulatory reports designed to harm our business rather than resolve genuine concerns
- Publicly disparage the Platform using false or misleading statements
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI prompts used by the Platform
We commit to the same standards of good faith conduct toward our users. We will not disparage your business or share your data with competitors.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts being used in bad faith, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
19. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Government actions, sanctions, or regulatory changes
- Cyberattacks, internet outages, or infrastructure failures
- Failures of third-party service providers (Stripe, Supabase, MindStudio, etc.)
If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the subscription with a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Goose Projects Pty Ltd regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Platform, with at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.
If you do not agree with material changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
