- Password (stored in encrypted form - we never see your plain-text password)

- Payment card details (processed and stored securely by Stripe - we do not store card numbers)

- Content you create using our AI tools (listing copy, newsletters, social posts)
- Prospecting and CRM data you enter into the platform

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer.

12. Automated Decision-Making and AI Transparency
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to process your data and generate content. This section explains how AI interacts with your personal information.
How AI processes your data
- Your property details, contact information, and profile data are sent to AI models to generate listing copy, social posts, newsletters, appraisal reports, and other content
- CRM contact data is processed by AI to generate follow-up recommendations
- Roleplay transcripts are processed by AI to generate coaching feedback
- Your data is processed in real-time and is not stored by the AI model providers beyond the duration of the request
What is NOT automated
- No automated decisions are made about your account status, subscription tier, or platform access
- No profiling is conducted for marketing, credit scoring, or risk assessment purposes
- Credit deductions and billing are rule-based systems, not AI-driven
Your rights regarding AI
- You have the right to review, edit, and reject any AI-generated content before it is used or published
- You may request human review of any AI-generated output by contacting us
- You may opt out of AI features and use the Platform's non-AI tools only
This section is provided in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) amendments regarding automated decision-making, effective December 2026.
13. Children
The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first at privacy@airealestate.tech. We will investigate and respond within 30 days.
