Refund Policy

1. About This Policy
Golden Goose Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 19 655 429 646), trading as airealestate.tech, is committed to fair billing practices in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2).
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you retain access to all features until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. $1 Trial
The $1 trial provides 7 days of access with 50 AI credits. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically upgrades to the Pro plan ($49/month). You will receive an email reminder before any charge occurs.
4. Refunds - Individual Plans (Pro, Premium)
We generally do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period. However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if:
- The service has a major failure (e.g., prolonged outage, features materially different from description)
- You were charged incorrectly or without authorisation
- The service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL
5. Team, Agency and Enterprise Plan Refunds
Corporate plans (Team $40/member/month, Agency $35/member/month, Enterprise $30/member/month) are subject to the same refund rights as individual plans, with the following additions:
- Trial period - Team plans may include a $1 trial. The same trial terms apply as for individual plans
- Cooling-off - If you subscribe to a corporate plan and cancel within 48 hours of your first payment (excluding the trial), you are entitled to a full refund
- Reducing team size - You may reduce the number of seats at any time. The reduced price takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period
- Plan downgrades - You may downgrade from a corporate plan to an individual plan at any time. The new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle
- Shared credit pool - When a corporate plan is cancelled, unused credits in the shared pool are forfeited. Top-up credits purchased for the team are also forfeited
- ACL rights - All Australian Consumer Law protections apply equally to corporate subscribers
6. Credit Top-Ups
Purchased credit top-ups are non-refundable once added to your account. Top-up credits do not expire while your subscription remains active, but are forfeited if your subscription is cancelled.
7. No Cancellation Penalties
There are zero fees, penalties, or charges of any kind for cancelling your subscription, regardless of your plan type. Cancellation is as easy as signup. You can cancel from your account Settings in one click, via the Stripe Customer Portal, or by emailing support@airealestate.tech.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email support@airealestate.tech with your account email, a description of the issue, and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
9. Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve your concern, you have the following options:
- Internal review - Request a formal review by emailing support@airealestate.tech with "Formal Review" in the subject line. We will respond within 5 business days
- Bank chargeback - You may dispute the charge with your bank or credit card provider
- ACCC - Contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission on 1300 302 502 or at www.accc.gov.au
- NSW Fair Trading - Contact NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 or at www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au
- NCAT - Lodge an application with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal for disputes under $40,000
10. Australian Consumer Law
To the extent of any inconsistency between this policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the ACL prevails. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
