What is airealestate.tech?
An AI-powered content platform built specifically for Australian real estate agents. We generate listing copy, social media posts, newsletters, appraisal reports, compliance advice, and more - all tuned for the Australian market.
How does the $1 trial work?
You get 7 days of full access with 50 AI credits for $1. If you don't cancel before day 8, you're automatically upgraded to the Pro plan at $49/month. We'll email you a reminder before any charge.
What are credits?
Credits are used each time you generate AI content (listings, social posts, newsletters, etc.). Each generation costs 1 credit. Your credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. You can also purchase top-up packs if you run out.
Do all plans get all tools?
Yes. Every plan - including the $1 trial - has access to every AI tool. The only difference between plans is the number of monthly credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase top-up credit packs ($5 for 20, $10 for 40, or $20 for 80 credits) or upgrade to a higher plan. Top-up credits don't expire while your subscription is active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security, encrypted connections (TLS), and never share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What AI model powers the tools?
We use a range of leading AI models via MindStudio, including Claude and other top-tier models. All prompts are specifically tuned for Australian real estate.
Do you offer team plans?
Yes. Team ($40/member/month, min 3), Agency ($35/member/month, min 5), and Enterprise ($30/member/month, min 50). Each member gets 200 credits pooled into a shared team balance. Contact us for Agency and Enterprise plans.
Are prices in AUD?
Yes. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
How do I get support?
Email support@airealestate.tech. Pro and Premium subscribers get priority response. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days.
